The staff were lovely and friendly and the location was unbeatable to walking street. Plus, it was near to the center as well as nearby hotspots.

Exceptionally clean hotel, I really enjoyed very very helpful and amiable staff. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. The private bathroom. The location was peaceful, just 5 min walk from Walking Street Pattaya.

Simple and convenient location, close to the center and popular spots, as well as the ferry pier. The friendly staff were attentive and made the experience enjoyable. The room had all the basics - central heating, a safe box, and a TV set. 👍

The air-conditioned rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing all the necessary amenities like a desk, fridge, and a safety deposit box. But what really stood out was the flat-screen TV, which was so big it felt like having a private cinema in the room!

Tea/coffee mugs were small.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were extremely clean and new. We loved the great bathroom facilities and the effective cleaning service. The hotel's location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Additionally, transportation was easy to find, and we were impressed with the hotel facilities.

Breakfast was a bit small.

The room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The location was perfect for us, close to beaches and the city center. We also appreciated the friendly staff who were always available to assist us. we were pleased with the good value for money.

We did experience some issues during our stay. The housekeeping service was not up to our expectations, as our room was only cleaned on the 5th day after we requested it at the reception.
